Main Line Social Club is situated on Pudsey Road in Wortley, down the road from Bramley, and close to Leeds Outer Ring Road. They boast a great programme of entertainment on Saturday evenings, Sunday afternoons and Sunday Evenings.

Entertainment is supplied by Ricky Graham Leisure, and typically features Duos and Groups on a Saturday, and generally solo Artists on Sundays.

Sunday Afternoon, the 30th March (3pm until 5.30pm)  features a Show by  Byron Lee billed as Fantastic Male Vocalist.

[Editor’s Note] We saw Byron recently ( 22nd March 2025) at Tinshill & Cookridge Club, and although we were only able to see his 1st and 2nd spots, we were able to establish that he is a very good Vocal Entertainer with a wide range of material ranging from Elvis, through the Bee Gees, Van Morrison, James, Take That, to George Ezra. His ‘patter’ in between songs is professional, relevant and engaging – we discovered he comes from Rothwell, lives in Castleford and is in his 40’s. He works with good quality backing tracks, and his gear was plenty good enough to  fill a 250 seater venue without any hint of feed-back or distortion. His early sets were varied enough to indicate he would have enough ‘Up-Tempo’ material to fill the Dance Floor for the final set.

I’d have liked to chat with him, and learn more about his Musical background, because he seems to have suddenly burst onto the local Leeds Club Scene, and I suspect he’s maybe fronted a Band at some stage. Overall I would strongly recommend Byron Lee as being suitable for most Club and Pub venues, Private Functions and for most age ranges.
