Ilkley is a former Spa Town in West Yorkshire, technically within The Greater City of Bradford, yet with a Leeds Post code, and because it straddles the River Wharfe is often referred to as part of Wharfedale, and the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales. It is situated 17 miles North West of Leeds, and 12 miles North of Bradford. Ilkley is he last Station on the Leeds to Ilkley Railway line, which stops at Burley in Wharfedale, Menston, and Guiseley. Nearby Villages include Addingham, Denton, Ben Rhydding, and Beamsley. It is, of course nestling at the foot of Ilkley Moor with a clear view, but a steep walk to the Cow and Calf Rocks.
Good Friday Entertainment on Friday 18th April at The Station Pub in Ilkley, opposite the Railway Station, with talented Guitar Vocalist Enis Bakolli, starting from 8.30pm.
