Elland is a Market Town in West Yorkshire, situated south of Halifax and lies along the River Calder, explaining it’s connection with Calderdale and The Calder Valley. In truth the name is most commonly recognised from the home Ground of The Premier Football League Team of Leeds United, which is commonly called the Elland Road Stadium, even though they are almost 20 miles apart!
Elland Working Men’s Club is described as a Premier Social Venue, known for it’s friendly atmosphere and Community Activities. The quality and popularity of the Saturday Night Entertainment is such, that priority has to be given to Members, although new Members are always welcome.
