DESCRIPTION:Moortown Social Club is situated at Cranmer Gardens\, Leeds LS17 5LA which is a short distance from the Leeds Outer Ring Road at Moortown. There is Live Entertainment every Sunday Night. The Club has a large Dance Floor and two tiers of seating. The entertainment is supplied through the Ricky Graham Agency\, and the Artist normally performs 2 sets of 45 minutes. There is a good sized Dance Floor in front of the stage\, although rarely are there any dancers in the first spot and generally only a few in the 2nd. \nThe first House of Bingo (the “Flyer”) starts at 8\,30pm prompt\, followed by the Artist’s 1st spot of 45 minutes. There then follows a book of 4 houses of Bingo\, and the drawing the Raffle\, followed by a further 45 minute spot by the Artist. The audience tends to be aged 35+\, with a preference to older material (60’s / 70s / 80s) yet even then it reduces dramatically after bingo – a sign of the times! \nThe Artist for Sunday 22nd March is Charlie Grace\nbilled as a ‘Great Female Personality Vocalist’

DESCRIPTION:Otley Courthouse is a Arts and Resource Centre founded and run by and for the people of Otley in West Yorkshire. It’s home is the 19th Century Magistrates Court\, Police Station & Superintendent’s House which were transformed over an 8 year period before it opened its doors in its current form in 2004. It is a Community Hub where people can experience Live Events\, learn new skills\, connect with the local culture\, or maybe join as a Volunteer or Friend of the Courthouse\, meeting other people and improving their social connections. A lot of the heritage of the building is still visible: including the holes where prison bars used to be in the doorways\, the Visitor Gallery in the former Courtroom\, and the Heritage prison cell and corridor\, which still looks as it did during Victorian Times. \nIn addition to the main auditorium (the Courtroom)\, there are ten tenanted studios/rooms\, a Meeting Room and a Maker Space which function on a Membership basis and is also the home of The Wharfedale Men’s Shed. \nThe Courthouse hosts a variety of events throughout the year\, including Film screenings\, Live Music\, Theatre\, Comedy\, Art Exhibitions and Creative Workshops. There are also a variety of local creatives who run weekly classes and workshops from the centre. The Café is open 6 days a week (10am until 2pm)\, serving Teas\, Coffee and Snacks. A large Pay & Display Car Park is just a few yards away on Courthouse Street. \nHannah James & Toby Kuhn appear on Sunday 22nd March\nExploring the dialogue of Cello\, Voice\, Accordion and Foot Percussion!

DESCRIPTION:Hessle is a Town in the East Riding of Yorkshire\, located 5 miles to the West of the City of Kingston upon Hull. It is  on the North Bank of the Humber Estuary\, where the Humber Bridge (A15) crosses into North Lincolnshire. As well as the convenience of a south-bound route on the A15\, Hessle is also well connected for West-bound road transport with easy access to the A63 and M62 Motorway. \nHessle Ex Service Men’s Club has been one of the top Live Entertainment Venues in the areas for many years\, and this continues\, with Guest Artistes every Saturday Night\, introduced by the excellent compere Dave Norman\, a brilliant Guitar Vocal entertainer in his own right. The entertainment continues into Sunday Evening with legendary Dr. Jive\, prescribing Rock’n’Roll. Wednesday brings the talents of the trio ‘The In Crowd‘ playing Live Music from the 50’s and 60’s\, taking requests and filling the dance floor on a weekly basis. \nThe Club can be followed on Social Media with it’s own tag of @ClubHessle. \nThis Sunday there will be another brilliant Rock’n’Roll Show from Dr. Jive.
