DESCRIPTION:Hessle is a Town in the East Riding of Yorkshire\, located 5 miles to the West of the City of Kingston upon Hull. It is  on the North Bank of the Humber Estuary\, where the Humber Bridge (A15) crosses into North Lincolnshire. As well as the convenience of a south-bound route on the A15\, Hessle is also well connected for West-bound road transport with easy access to A63 and M62 Motorway. \nHessle Ex Service Men’s Club has been one of the top Live Entertainment Venues in the areas for many years\, and this continues\, with Guest Artistes every Saturday Night\, introduced by the excellent compere Dave Norman\, a brilliant Guitar Vocal entertainer in his own right. The entertainment continues into Sunday Evening with legendary Dr. Jive\, prescribing Rock’n’Roll. Wednesday brings the talents of the trio ‘The In Crowd‘ playing Live Music from the 50’s and 60’s\, taking requests and filling the dance floor on a weekly basis. \nThe Club can be followed on Social Media with it’s own tag of @ClubHessle. \nThis Sunday there will be another brilliant Rock’n’Roll Show from Dr. Jive. He will get your toes tapping\, and on the Dance Floor\, and he is on stage from 8.30pm. There is an Admission Charge of £2.50 which includes a ticket into the Raffle. There is also a session of Bingo. \nDr. Jive appears on Sunday 8th February\nbilled as ‘Dr. Jive – Prescribing Rock’n’ Roll’

DESCRIPTION:North Ferriby is a village in the Haltemprice area of the East Riding of Yorkshire. The foreshore of North Ferriby lies within the Humber Estuary\, and was the site of the discovery of Boat planks which were carbon dated to suggest that the origin of the boats could date back to the Bronze Age\, between 2030 and 1680 BC. \nThe North Ferriby Village Hall is described as being the ‘Beating heart of the Village’ has been used by local residents for over 100 years\, and is a popular destination for Private Parties\, Wedding Receptions\, Exhibitions\, Events\, Meetings\, Classes and Live Entertainment. \nThe Midnight Flyers are a 5 piece Live Band based in the East Riding\, and perform the Music of The Eagles. They appeared at North Ferriby in 2023 and 2024\, and have been booked back due to Popular Demand. \nThe Midnight Flyers appear on Friday 13th February\nwith their Tribute to The Eagles\, performing  ‘The Eagles’ Story”
