DESCRIPTION:Tinshill & Cookridge Club is a friendly Club\,  situated just a short walk away from Horsforth Railway Station\, on the Leeds to York line and there is a regular Bus Service which stops right outside the Club connecting nearby Holt Park with Leeds City centre. \n\n\nThe 200 capacity Concert Room is available for Private Functions. \nSaturday Evening is Cabaret Time\, and the show is usually divided into 3 sets. The first ‘Flyer’ of Bingo is played about 8.30pm followed by the Artist’s 1st and then 2nd spots with ‘Open the Box’ in between. \nCIU affiliated Club members and Bona Fide guests are welcome\, although only Member’s Children \, (who must be aged 5 years or older)\, are admitted to the Concert Room. \nThe Show finishes with the Artists 3rd and final spot\, normally up-tempo and with a nice sized Dance Floor\, there’s plenty of room for the regular dancers to ‘Bust some moves!’ \nEntertainment is provided by the Ashley Wheelhouse Entertainment Agency. \nSaturday 3rd January the Guest Artist is Seb \nbilled as a Star Male  Vocal Entertainer.\n5 star Venue ***** (One of our personal favourites!)\n

The Park itself dates back to Victorian Times\, but was purchased by Leeds City Council in 1886\, when it had become a wasteland. \n\n\nThe Working Men’s Club is situated on Vinery Avenue\, and presents Live Entertainment every Saturday Night with Bingo\, reasonably priced drinks\, and full disabled facilities. Members Children only are allowed. \nEntertainment is supplied by Ricky Graham Leisure Entertainment Agency \nThe Guest Artist on Saturday 3rd January is  J. J. Benjamin\nwho is billed as a ‘Brilliant Male Vocalist’
